Club Championships are held at the end of each season and are contested in age groups. To be eligible to complete at champs swimmers must:

Be a current member of Y Valley Aquatic Swim Club.
Have swum a minimum 50% of club nights.
Have had a member of their family volunteer to assist at timekeeping or BBQ on a minimum of 2 nights during the season.
Special consideration will be given [to the swimmer and siblings] for sickness representing the club or other special circumstances. A written request, addressed to the committee must be made prior to the next club night or for championships prior to the close of club championships.
2^nd claim swimmers will be able to swim in championships.
